POSITION: Audit Manager
POSITION DUTIES:
Designing audits in accordance with standards of U.S. public company accounting oversight board; Overseeing the management of staff accountants/auditors performing audits of companies publicly listed in the U.S.; Analyzing complex accounting problems in accordance with U.S. accounting and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission accounting standards; Reviewing and preparing financial statements according to U.S. accounting standards for filing with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
